		Bob Mignon Chairman
		Joe Tredway President       Joe Tredway is the President and Treasurer of PG Office Supply Co., Inc. Over the years he has served as the Vice President of the Greater Laurel Jaycees and the College Park Jaycees. Currently he is also active in the Laurel Lions Club, Knights of Columbus #2203 and Sones of the American Legion. Loves of his Life: Joe counts golf, soft ball and bowling. (Shouldn't Shari be in there too, Joe?)
		Howard Jesneck Vice President       In the absence or the inability of the President to perform his/her duties the Vice President will assume those duties. In addition the Vice President will act in a supervisory capacity to head the various committees so designated by the Chairman or the President. The Vice – President will act in concert with the Treasurer on various financial aspects of the association on budget of important committee activities.
		Janet Able Treasurer       The responsibilities of the Treasurer shall be to receive and disburse, on behalf of the Board of Directors, the funds of the Laurel Board of Trade, Inc,: to deposit all funds in a local bank insured by the FDIC in the name of the Laurel Board of Trade, Inc.; to submit an annual financial statement and written report at the close of the fiscal year; and prior to each fiscal year, to prepare a budget of anticipated revenues and expenses, which shall be submitted through the Executive Committee to the Board of Directors for review and approval. It the expiration of the Treasurer’s term of office; all book, papers and property of the Laurel Board of Trade, Inc. shall be delivered to the Board of Directors. The books of the Treasurer shall be audited or reviewed as directed by the Board. The audit will be performed on an outside basis by C.P.A.

		Edward "Barney" Walsh Barney and his family have been residents of Bond Mill Park in Laurel since 1983. Currently involved with growing his business (Walsh Insurance & Investments), Barney is also lending his help for our community by serving on the Board. His current and past activities include: Member of the Health Ministry of St. Mary's Church, Catholic Business Network Of Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties, Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Capital Chapter of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Treasurer for a State Senator and for local political organiziations, Elected Member of a Town's Board of Education, Jaycees, and many other activities. Married in 1976, he and his wife Peggy, are the proud parents of two grown children who attended our local schools.
