Note: Banner rates do not include cost of labor — production will be charged at $30 per hour for a two-hour minimum. Banners provided by the client are subject to final approval by The Board (see Advertising Terms at bottom of page for details).

Advertising Terms

Payment
Credit card or charged to Board of Trade account. Invoice payable upon receipt.

Approval
The Board of Trade reserves the right to reject any advertising based on the content and design.

Cancellation
15 per cent for cancellation before placement, plus production charges. No refunds after placement.

Liability
Not liable for content contained within advertisement. The Board cannot guarantee click-through rate on any ad.

Advertising Format
•  Web-ready completed artwork (256 colours or less and file size maximum 20 KB)
•  GIF (animated acceptable) or JPG at 72 DPI
