The prime function
of the Board is to promote business activity within the City
of Laurel, sponsor the Main Street Festival, Farmer's Market
and Riverfest. Leadership of the Board is composed of 15 directors,
of which 4 are officers i.e. Chairman, President, Vice President
and Treasurer. The Board also has an Administrator who has an
office on Main Street and is available to members on a daily
basis.
