The Laurel Board of Trade, Inc. realizes that businesses and individuals are facing tough economic times right now, but together as a group, we will be able to overcome the obstacles that might be facing us in the months ahead.

Two thousand nine is going to be a year of many changes and challenges, both nationally and locally.  But as a group working together we will succeed.  As we move forward into the new year the Laurel Board of Trade will be emphazizing, more than ever, on "buying local" and the importance of keeping our business community together during these tough times.

The Laurel Board of Trade, along with working to promote business activity within the City of Laurel,  sponsors the Main Street Festival, Farmer's Market and Riverfest. 

Leadership of the Laurel Board of Trade  is composed of a Chairman, President, Vice President and Treasurer along with 15 Directors.  There is an Administrator at the Laurel Board of Trade office, located on Main Street in Laurel to assist you in any way she can.

The mission of the Laurel Board of Trade is to promote and enhance business development and economic growth within the Laurel Trade area which specifically includes Main Street Historic District, City of Laurel, North Laurel, West Laurel,
South Laurel, Maryland City, and in general, all areas with a "Laurel" mailing address.
